At R&B Builds, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly and securely while ensuring the proper time & care is taken to custom make your product. Here are the details of our shipping process:

Shipping Timeline

  • Production Time: Orders are carefully individually custom made once they are received, which can take up to a week before being ready to ship. 

  • Delivery Time: Once custom made & shipped, orders are delivered within 1-2 weeks at most, some orders arrive as soon as 12-14 days after order is placed.

  • Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its journey.

  • Shipping Regions: At this time, we ship to select regions only. Please refer to our complete shipping policy for a detailed list of locations.

  • Delays: While we strive to meet our shipping timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or holidays may occasionally cause delays.
