At R&B Builds, we aim to deliver high-quality custom products and exceptional service. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please review our policy below:

14-Day Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if the issue is due to an error on our end (e.g. incorrect item sent, defective product, etc.).

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

  • Custom albums and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, as they are made to order.

2. Initiating a Return

To start a return, please email us at hello@rnbuilds.store within 14 days of receiving your item.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable.

3. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

A valid tracking number must be provided to confirm the return shipment.

4. Return Approval

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for where to send the item.

Unapproved returns or shipments sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.

Refunds are issued for the product amount only (excluding original shipping fees).

Note: Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above will not be processed. We appreciate your understanding.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly at rnbbbuilds@gmail.com to resolve the issue.

Filing a chargeback with your payment provider without contacting us may be considered a violation of the Fair Credit Billing Act of 1974. We are always here to help and resolve matters fairly.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return steps above. Once your return is accepted, place a new order separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@rnbuilds.store.
